OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and provide guidance to ensure machines are operating at optimum efficiency

• Establish and implement operator training and safety programs

• Manage personnel schedules and fill in for coverage as needed

• Able to generate daily schedules, write reports, hold team members accountable, and conduct improvement plans to increase output

• Communicate operational status and action items to Sr. Leadership team

• Able to troubleshooting machine issues (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)

• Able to communicate with machine tool maker to resolve problems

• Conduct machine inspections

• Maintain spare parts inventory

• Perform other related duties, to ensure an efficient and effective work environment

SENIOR MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct incoming receipt, inventory management, material movement, packaging, and shipping operation

• Assist in operating automated machines and packaging operations

• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)

• Assist in conducting equipment inspections and maintenance

• Maintain spare parts, tools, consumables and other inventory items

• Perform general warehouse assistant function and other related duties, to ensure a clean, efficient and effective work environment

OPERATION TECHNICIAN (entry level)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate automated machines (i.e. mask making, packaging)

• Able to troubleshooting machine issues (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)

• Able to communicate with machine tool maker to resolve problems

• Conduct machine inspections

• Maintain spare parts inventory

• Perform other related duties, to ensure an efficient and effective work environment
